The firm continues to aggressively expand its tort defense, product liability and nursing home practices in Illinois and Indiana. The firm has two attorneys licensed to practice in Indiana and presently handles lawsuits throughout the state. We also have an attorney licensed to practice in Wisconsin and we are lead counsel in a tort defense case in Southern Wisconsin. We are currently engaged in an appeal of a product liability lawsuit in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and an appeal arising from a nursing home lawsuit in the Illinois First District Court of Appeals.

Congratulations to Ben Galloway who was named a "Rising Star" among attorneys in Illinois.
