Our nursing home defense practice is one of the largest in Illinois and continues to develop in Indiana.  The firm has also expanded its product liability defense work into Indiana.

John McCorry argued appeals before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in December 2008 and January 2009.

The firm's commercial practice in Illinois has expanded to include litigation in central Illinois as well as Chicago and the collar counties.  We are presently involved in declaratory judgment actions which include insurance issues arising from construction and transportation litigation.
