Paul Kaulas obtained a defense verdict in a product liability lawsuit which went to trial in Pennsylvania in December, 2009. The firm is coordinating or defending tort, product liability and insurance coverage litigation in 25 states. Mark Parsky will be a speaker at the DRI Seminar "Strictly Retail" in Chicago in March. His presentation will focus on insurance coverage issues.

The firm continues to aggressively expand its tort defense, product liability and nursing home practices in Illinois and Indiana. The firm has two attorneys licensed to practice in Indiana and presently handles lawsuits throughout the state. We also have an attorney licensed to practice in Wisconsin and we are lead counsel in a tort defense case in Southern Wisconsin. We are currently engaged in an appeal of a product liability lawsuit in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and an appeal arising from a nursing home lawsuit in the Illinois First District Court of Appeals.
